Return Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted after delivery.
However, refunds or replacements may be approved under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product received in damaged condition.
- Package received in tampered condition.
- Missing items in shipment.
Claim Process
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
- Order Number
- Product photographs
- Package photographs
- Unboxing video
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Cases
Refunds and returns shall not be accepted for:
- Opened food products
- Used products
- Products damaged by customer handling
- Change of mind purchases
- Taste preferences or personal expectations
The final decision regarding refunds and replacements shall remain with RSD Foods after internal verification.
